THIS WEEK:  School Recruiting Program Part 11 (Preparatory Fire, Hardened Target)

Welcome to Tuesday Training Podcast…a conversation and collaboration between Army National Guard Recruiters.

This week, because of your efforts, lives will be changed, legacies will be started and generations will be impacted.  What you do matters… make a difference.

Today, a fantastic interview with SFC Ryan Araas, as he discusses softening a hardened (high school) target through preparatory fires.

He mentions a list of resources that he gives the high school.  He was helpful enough to provide that list in a Word document so it can be modified for your use.

SFC Araas included this comment about the resource, “Here’s the one I use most often. This is in word form so it can be modified. I update it at the beginning of each year or every time we have a change. Normally, I hand it out to the teachers and then email it (as PDF) to them as well once the principal has OK’d it. I’ve found they tend to keep digital items longer, but I like everyone having something to look at as I’m discussing it.

This does not include the items like advertising or student recognition.”
